Processing Time Orders are processed within 7–14 business days. ElderTree Blends is a small, handmade operation — every product is crafted by hand by a mom and son team who also work and homeschool. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (US) We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected method.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier directly. If you need further assistance, reach out to us via our contact form.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
